When a buyer asks AI who to choose, does it name you?
I put the 30 questions your buyers ask to AI search and show you where you are named, who gets named instead, and which pages to fix. I work with software companies that serve commercial real estate.
How it works
Ask
I put your buyers' 30 questions to OpenAI's search, the way a buyer would. Each question is asked more than once, because AI answers change from one run to the next.
Find the gaps
For every question: were you named, who was named instead, and which sites were cited. The questions where you are missing show where to start.
Fix the pages
You get answer-page briefs your team can publish, a checklist for your developer, and notes on the outside sites the AI trusts.
What you get in the pilot
Baseline report
A PDF of about 4 pages.
- All 30 questions: named or not
- Who gets named instead of you
- Which sites the AI cites: yours, your competitors' and others
- Where to start, in order
Action pack
Up to 8 of the questions where you are missing, chosen with you.
- An answer-page brief for each, written for your team to publish
- A developer checklist, once
- Notes on the outside sites the AI cites
- Steps to improve your review profiles
- Outreach drafts, only where a suitable outside site was cited
Delivered as Word files, or Google Docs if you prefer.
What I can and can't promise
The goal is to get you cited by AI search. I can't control what the AI says, so I don't promise it. What I do is find exactly why you are missing and give you the pages and fixes that give you the best chance.
What I measure is OpenAI's search. That is not the ChatGPT app, Google's AI Overviews or other engines, which can answer differently.
